We’re here to support you every day between 08:00am and 17:00. During these hours, you can contact us for help with any issues or questions, and our team will do their best to assist you as quickly as possible.
Outside of these hours, your call may be answered by our virtual receptionist service. They’ll be happy to take your details and a message, which will be passed on to our support team. Please note that they won’t be able to provide technical support, but we’ll pick things up as soon as we’re back online.
We aim to respond to requests within the following timeframes:
URGENT Issues- within 6 hours
STANDARD Issues- within 12-24 hours
